Who We Are

Many people look forward to coming to church for the fellowship with others both before and after Mass. The work of dedicated volunteers makes it possible for us to enjoy delicious donuts and coffee during that time.

If you are looking for a ministry that can fit with your busy schedule, this may be the one for you! This ministry comes with a light commitment to help prepare and serve on a Sunday. Volunteers assist after the 9:00 and 11:00 masses as few as 1-2 weekends a year (more if your schedule permits). This includes set up and clean up. Preparation starts at about 9:30 am and cleanup around 12:30.

Do I need to be there the entire time?
No, you can sign up for whatever block of time works for you. Just put what you would like to work or available for in the comments section.

Am I by myself?
No, we have at least two to three people to help each week, some at different times depending on their Mass schedule. Families, spouses, or groups are always welcome to come and volunteer together. This is a great time for ministries to promote their groups, have an event coming up? Have your group volunteer a few weeks ahead to promote your event/group.

What do I do while I’m there?
Set up consists of getting drinks ready ahead of the mass dismissal and opening the boxes. After all the masses, the coffee and beverages need to be poured and any empty donut boxes removed. Clean up (proceeding the 11:00 mass) starts around 12:30 and consists of wiping down the tables, light sweeping and bringing supplies back to the kitchen.
