The Communications Department reserves the right to edit, change, and publish what they see fit with the overall theme and space of the publication in accordance with the influx of requests we receive.

We kindly ask that you be realistic in the expectations of your submission. Not all events requested to be published on our communication forums (such as the Parish Bulletin) are considered “parish-wide events”. Events that are pertinent to the parish’s pastoral goals will be considered priority for publication.

All communication requests must already be approved events (by the pastor and already on the SCOS parish calendar) before being submitted. Ministries or organizations must have the same ONE (1) point person to submit bulletin requests.
