Donate blood on Sunday, November 21st at St. Catherine of Siena
8:30 am – 12:30 pm
Along with the One Blood bus, on Sunday November 21st, there will also be a separate bus for people who will give platelets for assisting cancer patients. This is a 90 minute process. Once more we ask those who can give blood or platelets to assist in this drive.
We have extra precautions in place on the bloodmobile and with the donating process. This is to ensure the utmost safety for our blood donors and bloodmobile staff.
Did you know that blood is made up of four main components?
Red blood cells, platelets, plasma and white blood cells. Each whole blood donation has the potential to save up to three lives. Please consider stopping by the Big Red Bus, parked outside in the parish parking lot on Sunday morning.
