OUTREACH MINISTRIES at St. Catherine of Siena.
We ask that you consider donating or giving of your time to one of the following outreach initiatives…
- Meals at PINELLAS HOPE for the residents who are in transitional housing. Pinellas Hope assists homeless adults become self-sufficient. During this COVID pandemic, things have been different in this ministry. We have kept the kitchen crew small and deliver the meal, but no longer serve it. Like many other things in our lives, even our opportunities to volunteer have been limited. However, starting in September, we will need a few (4) volunteers to prep the meal with the team leaders and two volunteers to drive the meal and desserts to Pinellas Hope. Parishioners are invited to donate desserts of fruits, cookies, and brownies for Pinellas Hope. Please mark on your donations that they are for Pinellas Hope. Thank you for all of your generosity in this important ministry of our parish.
- Help our FOOD DISTRIBUTION to the poor of the Highpoint and Corral Height community. Please drop off donated food or household items to the wagon in the Church Narthex. Look at the recent bulletin to learn which items our parish is in need of for the upcoming Food Distribution.
- Donate to the ST. VINCENT DE PAUL SOCIETY through the Poor Boxes in the church narthex. Donations help our parish financially assist the poor in various housing insecurities. Are you willing to donate your time? Volunteer as a team member!
